The shampoo and conditioner set improves the texture and volume of our hairs, even our hair dressers noticed the improvement and complimented on our hair. I took a star off, because for this order, the product description clearly says it is a 32oz bottle, but when received, it’s only a 14oz bottle. The label on the package wrap also said 32oz, which was incorrect! My family used this product for several years and know the size difference very well. I returned it. We bought it due to the lower price, hope this is not a bait and switch scenario!
