Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after they are placed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• USPS Ground: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

• USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

• Expedited (2-Day) Shipping: Selecting 2-day shipping speeds up the transit time only. Orders still require 24–48 business hours for processing, picking, packing, and shipment before the 2-day delivery timeframe begins.

Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, any refund issued will be less the original shipping costs and any return shipping charges incurred.

International Orders (Canada)

Orders shipped from the United States to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs charges.

These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties and taxes are assessed by Canadian customs authorities and are typically collected upon delivery or pickup of your package.
