Thick- When it was in my hand, I turned my hand upside down and it stayed put.
Smell- fresh and clean scent, compared to a very nice scented conditioner and stayed smelling good well after drying.
Softness- I have long hair to my middle back and it made my hair fairly softer.
Cannot complain for price!

Excellent , I have dry flyaway hair. It moisturized it and gave it body. It’s also very reasonably priced. I will e buying it again.

Smooth and I love it

So this definitely feels like cheap conditioner. I mostly got it because of the price point for my kids. They use a lot of hair products for “potions” in there so I need more quantity and cost-effective than quality. They also have short hair so they don’t need a high-quality conditioner. I’ve used it here and there and it’s fine but I have really long and thick hair so this definitely is not my go to. It rinses out really fast and it doesn’t give me much detangling qualities. I would just recommend this for people with shorter or thinner hair. Honestly, if you’ve ever used any of those small motel/hotel conditioners they put in showers it reminds me a lot of those. And it definitely has a scent, but I can’t really describe it lol more so like a perfume smell if that makes sense? It doesn’t smell like fruit, wood or anything like that. I would definitely say it’s a nice basic conditioner for people with short hair.

It's okay, still a good product. But I prefer the older formula from a few years back.

Disappointed that I forgot I had purchased Mill Creek’s Keratin Conditioner a few times in recent decades, and that the formula had changed from the original, which I used to buy from the health food store with my babysitting money when I was 14 in 1979 and through my teens in the 80’s. I attributed it and the shampoo to transforming my weak beach girl strands to enviable locks. I also used the shampoo for bodywash, which was NOT a thing back then. The products were supreme and more expensive than popular brands. Then Mill Creek started selling other appealing lines with the trending interest in natural ingredients, and a new brand, St. Ives, tried to copy them with Jojoba shampoo, etc. St. Ives exploded on the market with its Apricot Scrub and seemingly healthy quality hair care at very affordable prices. I recall Mill Creek changing its divine keratin conditioner to a more creme-rinse texture like St. Ives. Plus, they added another keratin or biotin line that seemed good, but it reeked of icky fragrance and was more expensive. I do adore the original Keratin line’s fragrance. This current product is very similar but not identical. Oh well, like everything else, “they don't make ‘em like they used to!”

This smells just like the old Nexxus Humectress. I dont like the smell it has now, so when I smelled this, it instantly reminded me of that.

Worked Perfect

My family is a fan of this product, especially the Biotin one. The shampoo and conditioner set improves the texture and volume of our hairs, even our hair dressers noticed the improvement and complimented on our hair. I took a star off, because for this order, the product description clearly says it is a 32oz bottle, but when received, it’s only a 14oz bottle. The label on the package wrap also said 32oz, which was incorrect! My family used this product for several years and know the size difference very well. I returned it. We bought it due to the lower price, hope this is not a bait and switch scenario!

Hair conditioner works well. The smell is nice. Hair feels soft once dry. The only issue I had with this bottle is the pump never worked from the beginning. Other then this issue I buy this product over and over.
