I've used this product since the 1970's and an still willing to pay extra to get it. It and the Biotin Shampoo have kept my hair shiny, managable and dandruff free and it's mint scent is totally inoffensive. At times I have suffered hair loss due to illness and i feel that using this shampoo and conditioner has enabled me to regain all the hair I lost. I highly recommend it.

I'm rating this conditioner a star higher than the shampoo because it is a good conditioner. My hair was soft and tangle free after using it. I wish I loved it but I went back to my other one.

I am in my 50's and this means your hair is changing it's texture. This shampoo gives a clean feeling and leaves body in your hair. I recommend this product. I used to use the Mill Creek brand(Biotin), years ago. Then, I wasn't able to get to the health food store to get it anymore. So, I was very pleased when I found this on Amazon.

I love the smell of this conditioner. I've been pairing this with the Nexuss Biotin shampoo for the month or so and there has been a visable difference. My friends and family have been pointing out my hair looks a bit thicker.

I haven’t been using the conditioner long so I can’t review that part of my purchase. However, the product description says it’s a 16 oz bottle, the invoice inside the box even said 16 oz, but the bottle says 14 oz. I think I saw another reviewer say the same thing. The product details should be corrected.

Mill Creek Biotin Conditioner -- 16 fl oz. I have used this product for years. Again, I needed NO SULFER or other stupid additives in most hair products. I have purchased this item for years and have purchased it from various vendors. Right now, Amazon has the cheapest vendor available and Mill Creak doesn't change their quality of their products - all are natural and organic and work great. Leaves your hair very soft and manageable. Comb through and then rinse out after leaving in for 5 to 15 minutes to "soak into the scalp." No itching or irratation of any kind. I have naturally curly hair and can control it very well with this product!!

I am really glad to say that I am a new convert to Mill Creek Hair Care products. I combined Mill Creek Biotin Conditioner with the corresponding shampoo. The conditioner is free of lauryl sulfate and paraben. Instead it has great ingredients like aloe vera and peppermint oil. This smells fantastic and invigorates your scalp. Gosh do I need that too! After the last shampoo/conditioner pairing I experienced it was essential that I found a product that babied my hair. This is such a great line and I am so glad that they do without harsh chemicals in their recipes.

I have used MillCreek Biotin Conditioner since 1986 when it first come on the market. Used in conjumction with their Biotin Shampoo this product is an execellent way to keep hair thick, shiny and healhy. When I first started using it, my hair had thinned drastically especially at the front and I had become allergic/sensitive to a very large number of things including perfume. The Conditioner has a faint smell of peppermint which I found I could tolerate and after a few months of using it plus adding a megavitamin regimen to my diet, a faint fuzz started to come back and nowadays I have a full, thick head of hair.

Favorite first time I feel in love! One thing is is that if you have caked hair conditioner as in Pantene) in your hair… with some scrub with this and you’ll notice that it has gotten alllif that gunk wiped away and gone and your hair with be extra soft and shiny! A must buy! 🤗

It does tend to make my hair shiny / oily much quicker than most conditioners.

My dermatologist recommended this brand, and I'm really enjoying it. My hair feels healthier and my scalp also feels better. It also smells incredible.

I like the product, have used many times. However the picture description shows a pump dispenser. Since I have very painful arthritis in my hands and find it hard to squeeze hard plastic bottles, a pump is needed for me. It came with no pump. This plastic is so stiff, how am I to get out this thick conditioner?

It arrived today, n perfect timing as I was about to shower. It is smaller then I thought but I was never good at mathmatical measurments lol. I used it n I'm letting my hair free dry like always. I noticed a improvment already!!! My hair is smoother, shinnier n more healthy looking!!! I am impressed. I will be using thin in conjuncion with biotoin pills when they arrive. My hair is about 2.5 3 inches long b.c I had had dreadlocks for a few. Years. They were So high matience;, beautiful but I couldn't affored to blow dry my hair every other day in colder weather for 5 hrs- so I buzzed them off. I do miss em but its nice to have regular hair again that I can condition. Thank yu. Great deal.n deff love the peppermint smell its one of my favs.

I like the pump applicator so I can press 4 times and have enough product in hand to condition my hair. With the pour style bottles I frequently waste a lot of conditioner. I've been using this brand for several months with good results. Sad to say it is not growing any new hair, but does well as a conditioner. I like the tingling sensation it gives my skin. I do recommend five stars for these reasons.

This conditioner is fabulous! A little goes a long way and rinses nicely. Smell is lovely. Little or no tangles. Hair is soft and easily styled. I also have the shampoo and hairspray!. No harm of the septic system as of yet, though I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for over a year!

Recently I decided to switch to organic products and Ever since I switched to this brand for shampoo & conditioner my hair has grown drastically and everyone notices and compliments me on how healthy and long it is!! I noticed a real AMAZING Change in the health of my hair after 2-3 months of consistent use every time I washed my hair. I HIGHLY recommend this product for all women!!

After a bad hair coloring experience and an even worse haircut about a year ago I have had a lot of hair shedding. In the shower especially. I grew concerned about it and decided to start taking biotin supplements. The supplements work for me and my hair has been improving, but it is a very slow process. My hair has never been thick (it's very fine) but the dying paired with an awful cut really left it traumatized. I went to the internet and did some research and came across this brand of natural biotin shampoo and conditioners and decided to give them a shot as an added boost to my hair health. I don't know what other reviewers are talking about when they say it doesn't lather! I got suds and suds of fresh minty smelling foam in the shower the first try! The shampoo gives your scalp a nice tingle and my damaged hair sucks up the goodness from the thick conditioner! This will be my forever go to shampoo and conditioner from now on! My hair felt thicker after just one use AND I had a remarkable 50% less amount of hair shedding in the shower! I love it and would recommend this to my friends!

I wanted to love this, been eyeing it for so long and was excited to try. It has a nice presentation of a pretty, easy to use bottle. I liked the shampoo consistency, scent, and latherability. It seemed to leave my hair nice and clean, and gave me decently nice second day hair (I only shampoo every other day). The problem here, is my hair fall increased tremendously as time went on. It got so bad, I don't know I've ever seen it that much coming out each shower and just finding hair all over each day. Kind of scary. My hair is notably much thinner now and I have to go back to something to get fall to slow back down again. The ingredients are really great here, so I'm questioning if my scalp doesn't like peppermint oil, since this product definitely has a heavy amount of it.

I think this shampoo is helping my hair to grow. It makes my scalp feel good. After using it, I apply good conditioner to the longer portions of my hair. Otherwise I think it would be too drying.

They don't tell you but this will stop hair loss, or it did for me and my husband. I used to vacuum our white tile floor, yes we are idiots, and a client with thick hair recommended this. I don't find full strands on the floor anymore. And it is low cost!!

Shampoo itself I gave 4 stars it cleans well leaving hair soft and smelling nice. HOWEVER, when I selected it for purchase it said 2 bottles, I only received 1. Picture still shows 2 bottles and it also states (5.00 per) next to price of 9.99. They forgot to remove that part when they switched it up. Can't contact business to let them know. Feeling a little jilted.

I am a big fan of Millcreek Shampoos and I have been using Millcreek for the last 4 years. I’ve started experiencing hair loss post covid and a sensitive scalp. I’ve been using Millcreek biotin shampoo since 2022 and no other shampoo helped with the growth and sensitivity other than the Millcreek biotin shampoo.
