I wanted to love this, been eyeing it for so long and was excited to try. It has a nice presentation of a pretty, easy to use bottle. I liked the shampoo consistency, scent, and latherability. It seemed to leave my hair nice and clean, and gave me decently nice second day hair (I only shampoo every other day). The problem here, is my hair fall increased tremendously as time went on. It got so bad, I don't know I've ever seen it that much coming out each shower and just finding hair all over each day. Kind of scary. My hair is notably much thinner now and I have to go back to something to get fall to slow back down again. The ingredients are really great here, so I'm questioning if my scalp doesn't like peppermint oil, since this product definitely has a heavy amount of it.

I think this shampoo is helping my hair to grow. It makes my scalp feel good. After using it, I apply good conditioner to the longer portions of my hair. Otherwise I think it would be too drying.

They don't tell you but this will stop hair loss, or it did for me and my husband. I used to vacuum our white tile floor, yes we are idiots, and a client with thick hair recommended this. I don't find full strands on the floor anymore. And it is low cost!!

Shampoo itself I gave 4 stars it cleans well leaving hair soft and smelling nice. HOWEVER, when I selected it for purchase it said 2 bottles, I only received 1. Picture still shows 2 bottles and it also states (5.00 per) next to price of 9.99. They forgot to remove that part when they switched it up. Can't contact business to let them know. Feeling a little jilted.

I am a big fan of Millcreek Shampoos and I have been using Millcreek for the last 4 years. I’ve started experiencing hair loss post covid and a sensitive scalp. I’ve been using Millcreek biotin shampoo since 2022 and no other shampoo helped with the growth and sensitivity other than the Millcreek biotin shampoo.

Now, I even switched over my husband to Millcreek as well since he also recently developed sensitive dry scalp and hair loss. He’s been using biotin shampoo for 2 weeks now and has found relief.
