I love this Mill Creek Aloe products. The item was not protected in the packaging and the pump broke off. Shipping took almost 3 weeks, not sure why. Seller needs to wrap pumps so the are protected. Bottle was just placed in a shipping bag.

A friend suggested Mill Creek to me a few months back, and I haven't looked back since! I will agree with another reviewer I saw tho- putting together your own combo from this line seems to be much more effective.I started with the biotin shampoo and conditioner, but my hair felt kinda dry, so I purchased the keratin shampoo and conditioner like a week later and began using the keratin shampoo but with the biotin conditioner. I've also since tried it opposite that, and I prefer mixing it up.I needed to re up on conditioner soon, and my scalp has still been a tad bothersome so I went on a hunt and found a few other options from Mill Creek, and settled on the aloe conditioner.SO SOOTHING! So far I've only been using it after the biotin shampoo, or a scaling shampoo, but it's honestly the best. My hair is soft and hydrated, and my scalp is a lot less dry.

I have bought this product in the past in a smaller size. It is a great conditioner for curls, which is why I was upset when the pump arrived broken. I still plan on using the conditioner, but I am pretty upset having to work around a broken pump.
