The shampoo and conditioner arrived however both bottles were labeled for conditioner

The shampoo and conditioner arrived however both bottles were labeled for conditioner. That affected my confidence in this company. After letting them know about this, they sent me a properly labeled product. I do not care for the strong perfume smell of both. I wish they had more of a natural calming smell. The product itself did make my hair feel soft.

Mill Creek Biotene H-24 shampoo formula changed

I've used Mill Creek Biotene H-24 shampoo, conditioner and gel for 30+ years. I go out of my way to buy it. I was surprised to see the formula changed with this purchase - Aloe Vera Leaf Juice used to be the second ingredient and now it is ninth. More concerning is the fact that that change moves three coconut based ingredients above Aloe on the list of ingredients. Unfortunately coconut oil has a drying effect on my hair.

Will always come back to these hair products!

We have used this shampoo and conditioner for many years. In the last two years, it has been difficult to find in the stores, so I found it online. It is gentle and conditions our hair without weighing it down. It has a clean, very pleasant scent, which is lacking in the many fake smelling shampoos in recent years! We love the philosophy of Mill Creek and will continue to use these products for years to come! Thank you for a fantastic shampoo and conditioner.

Absolutely love this shampoo. My local store recommended this but they were out so I ordered direct. I have tried many other top brands and this is the best shampoo Thanks for making a clean, cruelty free product that actually works!

Amazing Results!!

I realized one day that I was losing my hair! I've always had enough hair for 3 people, so this was really a scare for me! I had heard of Biotene H24, and decided to try it... From the FIRST try, it was amazing! I have been using it for about a year now, and it is the ONLY shampoo I will ever use again!! It has SAVED my hair!!!

Great stuff!

Have been using for years. Started about 15 yrs ago when my hair started thinning. Not thin anymore! Used the tonic for a few months at first. Now i just use the shampoo and conditioner every time I shampoo. My hair is incredibly thick now.
