It is a rich shampoo containing biotin, keratin protein, nucleic acids and cysteine that nourishes hair and scalp and encourages thicker hair with increased body and strength.

TO USE: Gentle enough for daily use. Wet hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo to scalp and gently massage into hair to work up a rich lather. Rinse completely. Repeat, if necessary. Your hair and scalp are ready to receive the properties of Biotene H-24 Conditioner Phase II.

Will always come back to these hair products!

We have used this shampoo and conditioner for many years. In the last two years, it has been difficult to find in the stores, so I found it online. It is gentle and conditions our hair without weighing it down. It has a clean, very pleasant scent, which is lacking in the many fake smelling shampoos in recent years! We love the philosophy of Mill Creek and will continue to use these products for years to come! Thank you for a fantastic shampoo and conditioner.

I like it what the product does but its heavily purfumey scented. I wasnt expecting that compared to Mill Creeks other products.

The shampoo and conditioner arrived however both bottles were labeled for conditioner

The shampoo and conditioner arrived however both bottles were labeled for conditioner. That affected my confidence in this company. After letting them know about this, they sent me a properly labeled product. I do not care for the strong perfume smell of both. I wish they had more of a natural calming smell. The product itself did make my hair feel soft.
